Hypnotherapy can improve your weight control....we have all been there, you want a biscuit and know you shouldn’t have one, after all, the diet started today! And yet, you just can’t stop yourself reaching for the biscuit tin and having one. Then, you’ve had one, and the diet’s ruined, so you may as well have two, and three, and four...
During hypnosis the subconscious mind is accessed and so behaviours such as this can be changed helping you to permanently change your relationship with food and, therefore, enabling you to effortlessly lose weight, stay in control and ultimately, become the size and shape you want.
Your conscious mind KNOWS that you are on a diet and shouldn’t eat the biscuits, but you just can’t stop yourself –through hypnosis your subconscious mind is accessed and so behaviours are changed so that it is agreeing with the conscious mind. This makes your goals easier to achieve.
Most people will need approx. 4 sessions for weight loss, but this varies according to your own individual situation and this will be discussed with you at the consultation.
Throughout the sessions you will examine your current eating habits, consider how these could be altered, learn different behaviours and using visualisation and positive affirmation techniques change your behaviour and control your weight with ease.
Each hypnotherapy session lasts for one hour and costs £50.
