Personalised CD’s are available to support your treatment. Please contact me if you wish to purchase one. I will then record it, specific to your needs.
CD’s are most effective in support of treatment. However, sometimes people wish to use self-hypnosis on their own at home, and this is most popular for weight control, habit breaking, stress, sleeping and confidence (providing you have no other issues). It is also possible for me to record you a CD for your labour and birth if you wish. If you want me to record you a CD specific to your needs, please contact me to discuss this. The cost for this is £12.50 including post and packing.
Current or previous clients who have attended for hypnotherapy or hypnobirthing sessions with me receive a discount and the CD’s will cost £7.50.
