Hypnobirthing Charges
Early-Bird discount....for all of the following options, book at least 8 weeks before the start of your classes and receive 10% off (not including my travel expenses where applicable).
Group Classes:
Group classes are perfect if you want to meet other HypnoBirthing® couples. They are relaxed and aim to be sociable occasions.
Dates for group classes in 2011 are as follows:
Monday evenings 7.30 to 9.30pm (except on bank holidays when the class will run on a Tuesday evening):
January: Tues 4th, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st.
March: 14th, 21st and 28th, April: 4th and 11th.
May: 9th, 16th and Tues 31st, June: 6th and 13th.
August: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and Tues 30th.
October: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st.
November: 28th, December: 5th, 12th, 19th and Tues 3rd January 2012.
All group classes will take place in the Maidstone area – location to be confirmed once booking numbers are known. Cost for group classes is £295 per couple – including refreshments, CD, book and handouts. The cost also includes continued email and telephone support from me (9am to 7pm) if required. It is recommended that you start classes at approx 30 weeks pregnant, although please contact me for advice if the class dates offered do not fall around that time of pregnancy for you. It is essential that your birth partner accompanies you to the classes.
One-to-One Classes:
These classes occur in your own home – perfect if you have transport or childcare problems. Or, maybe you are shy and don’t want to come to a group. Maybe the group session dates are not suitable for you. Maybe you have a specific need that you, or I, feel we would be unable to meet in the group sessions – whatever your reason, one-to-one classes are relaxed and enjoyable. The classes are for approx 2 hours each and for four sessions. If you wish to book one-to-one classes then please contact me to arrange suitable dates. Again, it is recommended that you start classes at approx. 30 weeks pregnant, however, it is never too late to start HypnoBirthing® as long as you have plenty of time to practice – please contact me for advice. The cost for one-to-one classes is £375 including handouts, book and CD and continued email and telephone support from me if you require (9am to 7pm). My travel expenses are included up to a 20 mile radius from my house (ME20 postcode) – mileage over this is charged at 40p per mile. Save money – you come to me! One-to-one classes in my office cost £335 including book, CD and handouts.
Classes with a friend:
Know someone else who wants classes but you don’t want to attend a group session? These sessions would be 2 hours each and consist of four sessions. You can have classes in either yours, or your friends home, for the two of you (plus your birth partners) for a cost of £310 per couple. This cost includes handouts, CD, book and continued email and telephone support if required (9am to 7pm). My travel expenses are included up to a 20 mile radius from my house (ME20 postcode) – mileage over this is charged at 40p per mile.
Top up Sessions:
May be you have had attended the group, or one-to-one sessions and feel that you would benefit from some one-to-one time with me recapping some specific areas? Maybe you had HypnoBirthing® classes for your first baby and don’t need to do the whole course again but feel that you would benefit from recapping certain aspects of the course?
