Classes
Early Bird Discount: For all of the following options - book and pay for your classes in full, at least six weeks prior to the start of your course - and recieve discount of 10%.
Group Classes:
Group classes are excellent for those wishing to meet other HypnoBirthing® couples. You will be able to gain from others experiences and share ideas, thoughts and experiences throughout the course. Group classes will start approximately in August 2010. Please register your interest in group classes through the contacts page and keep a watch on this website as details of classes will be posted as they are arranged. These will be small groups of no more than 5 couples so that you can easily get to know each other. The sessions will last for approx 3 hours over 4 sessions on Tuesday evenings commencing at 7pm. There will be a reunion after all the babies have been born.
The cost is for you and one birthing partner. It is important that you bring someone with you who will be at your birth and who you have time to practice the HypnoBirthing® techniques with. You should start you classes at approx 32 weeks pregnant.

The cost is £295 per couple and includes the HypnoBirthing® book, CD, handouts and refreshments during the sessions.
It is essential that you book your place early to avoid disappointment. There is a non-refundable* deposit of £50 to pay upon booking.
One-to-One Classes:
One-to-one classes are excellent for those who may have childcare issues, or who feel shy in a group atmosphere. They are also useful if you have specific needs that you want me to focus on specifically, which can be difficult to accommodate in a group setting. If you wish to have one-to-one classes, these will be held in your own home at dates to be mutually agreed between us. It is advised that you start classes as close to 32 weeks as possible, however, on a one-to-one basis, it is possible to start classes a little later, or earlier, in your pregnancy should you wish.
It is essential that you have your birthing partner with you during the sessions. One-to-one sessions are for 2 hours each, over 4 sessions.
The cost includes me traveling to your house, the HypnoBirthing® book, CD and handouts and is £350 per couple within a 15 mile radius of my house. Each mile outside of this radius is charged at 40p per mile (return journey). For one-to-one sessions, there is a £100 non-refundable* deposit to pay upon booking.
Top-up Sessions:
You may have had HypnoBirthing® with a previous child and just wish to have a couple of top-up sessions, or you may have attended the course with me and feel that you would like an extra session for some extra support. These sessions would be carried out in your own home at a date convenient to us both. The cost is £50 per hour, including my travel time (eg: you live 30 mins drive from me, you wish to have a 2 hour session, therefore the cost would be 3 hours = £150). A non-refundable* deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required upon booking.
