Cancellations
Whilst pregnancy is an extremely exciting time and it is wonderful that most parents wish to book their classes early, unfortunately, situations can arise in pregnancy which mean you would no-longer require your classes (eg: miscarriage or premature labour). I completely appreciate that these are very distressing and upsetting times and therefore, there is the cancellation policy set out below.
Cancelling:
1. You must inform me in writing that you wish to cancel your course and the reason why.
2. It is recommended that you send this letter by recorded delivery or by email.
3. I will acknowledge your cancellation in writing by letter or email within 7 days.
Refunds:
If you cancel your classes for the following reasons, prior to the start of your course, you will be fully refunded of any payments you have made:
1. Miscarriage, termination, stillbirth, or premature birth of your baby.
2. Death, or serious illness, of yourself, your partner or a close relative.
If you cancel your course once it has started for any reasons listed above, then you will receive part refund for the sessions not yet attended (any reunion hours are not included in the length of the course).
If you cancel your course for reasons other than those listed above prior to the start of the course, or once your course has started, you will not receive a refund of the dues you have paid. However, if you wish to discuss with me your reasons and if there are any other options eg switching to one-to-one or group sessions, I will do my utmost to support you.
